Carlisle Medical is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to provide high-level support by conducting research, weekly reports and correspondence, scheduling and other general office duties. 

Carlisle Medical is seeking a Customer Service Assistant for our Durable Medical Equipment (DME) department to provide high-level support by conducting research, weekly reports and correspondence, scheduling and other general office duties.  Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.  Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office products, the ability to learn new systems, possess excellent communication skills.

General Duties:

  • Monitors shipments in transit via carrier website.
  • Conduct delivery confirmation calls to ensure service level commitments are achieved.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Prepare warehouse orders for shipping, by pulling requested items and scanning them out of inventory.
  • Assist with stocking of incoming warehouse items as they are received.
  • Perform daily mail delivers and other errands, as requested.

Basic Requirements:
Experience: 2 Years
Education: HS Diploma/GED

Requirements:
*2 years’ experience with stable work history
*Valid Driver’s License with good driving record
*Excellent communication, editing and grammar skills
*Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
