Carlisle Medical is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to provide high-level support by conducting research, weekly reports and correspondence, scheduling and other general office duties.
Carlisle Medical is seeking a Customer Service Assistant for our Durable Medical Equipment (DME) department to provide high-level support by conducting research, weekly reports and correspondence, scheduling and other general office duties. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office products, the ability to learn new systems, possess excellent communication skills.
General Duties:
- Monitors shipments in transit via carrier website.
- Conduct delivery confirmation calls to ensure service level commitments are achieved.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
- Prepare warehouse orders for shipping, by pulling requested items and scanning them out of inventory.
- Assist with stocking of incoming warehouse items as they are received.
- Perform daily mail delivers and other errands, as requested.
