The DME Team Supervisor position is open at Carlisle Medical, Inc. For the last 44 years, we have been proud to have been a leader in helping our clients manage the needs of the people they serve. Carlisle Medical, is a growth based, locally held company, providing service in the healthcare industry.
The Supervisor serves as the lead for the client service teams, bringing stability, focus and value. Assisting and developing continued growth and development of these client teams is the primary focus for this position.
What the Customer Service Team Supervisor position manages:
- The DME Team Supervisor is the leader of the team, ensuring each client and the people they serve have the best service experience possible.
- As a first line leader of a team, the DME Team Supervisor is viewed as a teacher, guide, and serves as a pillar of support for the team they lead. Our teams work together, collaboratively to fill our mission of the highest level of assistance to the client and people they serve.
- Quality Assurance is often defined as ensuring that products and services meet the established standards set by a company. Carlisle Medical’s mission is not only helping the client but finding new and even better practices to deliver excellent customer service.
- Providing a foundation of success for our associates is key for the DME Team Supervisor. Our team works in achieving the vision and goals that not only our entire team believes and shares but enables us to fulfill our clients’ highest standards.
Five (5) years of current supervisory and customer service experience is required, with higher education desired. Our associate teams have an average of ten years of experience with the company and need a new dependable leader to help lead and work with the team. Previous experience in any industry is acceptable.
You will be joining a management team with a combined focus of serving their team and our clients. Carlisle Medical needs an experienced supervisor with a desire to add value and grow the associates they manage.
