The Case Manager Team Supervisor position is open here at Carlisle & Associates. The Supervisor serves as the lead for the Case Manager team, bringing stability, focus and value. Assisting, continued development and growth of the Case Manager team is the primary focus for the position.
The Case Manager at Carlise & Associates is responsible for assessing, planning, coordinating, implementing and evaluating injured workers throughout the case management process. The Case Manager serve as a liaison between insurance carriers, attorneys, medical care providers, employers and employees to facilitate the return of medically rehabilitated workers, while utilizing the most appropriate and cost-effective methods available.
What the Case Management Team Supervisor position manages:
- The Team Supervisor is the leader of the team, ensuring each client and injured worker they serve have the best service possible.
- As a first line leader of a team of Medical Case Managers you are viewed as a teacher, guide, a pillar of support for the team being lead. Our teams work together, collaboratively to fill our mission of the highest level of assistance to the client and the people they serve.
- Quality Assurance is often defined as ensuring that products and services meet the established standards set by a company. Carlisle Medical’s mission is not only helping the client but finding new and even better practices to do so.
- Providing a foundation of encouragement and success for the Case Manager is key for the Team Supervisor. The Case Managers work to achieve the vision and goals that not only our entire company believes in and share but it also enables us to fulfill our clients’ highest standards.
Qualifications:
A qualified candidate for the Case Management Team Supervisor must be certified to work as a case manager in good standing with certifications to practice. Five (5) years of current supervisory is needed. Associate degree in Nursing or higher with a RN license in good standing. CCM Certification and State Certifications when applicable.
Our Case Manager team has decades of experience in their field with a company with decades of established client experience. They need a new dependable leader to help lead and work with them. Previous experience in any industry is acceptable.
You will be joining a management team with a combined focus of serving their entire team and our clients. Carlisle & Associates needs an experienced supervisor with a desire to add value and grow the Case Managers they manage.
