At Carlisle Medical, our highly skilled Case Management team is always ready to deal with the many complexities that may arise when dealing with a traumatic injury. Recently Dawn, in our Case Management department received such an assignment from a new client. Their injured worked required immediate intervention that included the need for orthopedic trauma specialists, plastics, vascular and wound care. Dawn assembled a team of experts to address each issue, avoiding a situation that could have turned catastrophic. Dawn received the following comments from our client, “You’re amazing! Thank you!” We too say, “Thank you Dawn for showing our valued clients how case management is supposed to operate!”
