Brent, in our DME department, did not hesitate to step up to the plate when a client needed help with supplies that a competitor could not ship in a timely manner to an injured worker. After reaching out to multiple suppliers and personally contacting the injured worker, Brent was able to rush the urgently needed supplies to their home.
