| Jo Stafford, MHA, RN, CMA, COHC, has been a licensed nursing professional for thirty-three (33) years. She holds a Tennessee Nursing License – Compact, from the state of Tennessee. She received her Bachelor‘s and Master’s degrees in Healthcare Administration from Almeda University. She received her Nursing degree from the University of New York—Excelsior College. She has worked the last twenty-three (23) years as a Registered Nurse in Industrial and Occupational Health and in the Workers’ Compensation Industry. She has had the opportunity to work in multiple roles from direct care to management of occupational programs and training of clinicians in workers’ compensation. While working with large employers and self-insured customers, the bottom line for her has always been exceptional patient care and claim management.
Our synergistic approach to Case Management is to Team our Case Managers with our Medical Director, Registered Pharmacists and Orthopedic Nurses. Working together on each file, this Team of experts can tackle any issues including opioid addictions, medication issues and other related matters. Additionally, medical supply and equipment solutions are provided. We are confident that our comprehensive approach will provide the best outcomes for the Insured and the Injured Worker.
