At Carlisle Medical, excelling at the Customer Service experience is a priority! Two of the core responsibilities of a DME assistant are, following up with injured workers to confirm deliveries and conducting client satisfaction surveys.

Recently, Brenda, an assistant in our DME Department, earned the praise of another happy customer.  The injured worker’s mother raved about the top-notch service provided by Brenda in confirming all necessary supplies were received and fitted properly. Brenda’s follow-through created an exceptional experience. Brenda is also the DME Team’s highest performer in conducting client satisfaction surveys, which is just another of the many ways we work to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied.
